Frequently Asked Questions

How long does implementation take?

The implementation timeline heavily depends on several factors including quantity/complexity of the applications as well as availability of internal subject matter experts. We typically quote a standard implementation timeline at 6 months but frequently have the first live application(s) available for use in as little as 6 weeks while we build out the rest of the system.

Implementation timelines are set during the project scoping session and are subject to change in the event that clients aren’t able to respond to questions or provide the required documents in a timely maner.

Is GeoCivix Cloud Hosted or On-Prem Hosted?

GeoCivix is only available as a cloud hosted solution. Because we host the application within the robust AWS infrastructure, we’re able provide our clients with unmatched redundancy, availability, and system performance at an extremely competitive price.

We’re also able to launch new clients faster, provide better quality assurance, and keep everyone on the most secure and up to date version of the application at no extra cost.

Is GeoCivix Affordable?

Yes, GeoCivix is very affordable and we have options that fit just about every budget. Some agencies enjoy the luxury of a sizable budget and prefer to have all of the bells and whistles along with professional configuration.

Other agencies that are smaller in size and have budget restrictions are usually more receptive to getting started with just a few user licenses, actively participating in the configuration process, and building as they go. Smaller systems that fall into this second category can be had for under $25,000 for the first year and about half of that for recurring years. Larger systems with full professional configuration, data migration, and integrations can easily run into six figures for configuration and about half of that for recurring years.
