How Long Does Municipal Software Implementation Take?
The implementation timeline heavily depends on several factors including quantity/complexity of the applications as well as availability of internal subject matter experts. We typically quote a standard implementation timeline at 6 months but frequently have the first live application(s) available for use in as little as 6 weeks while we build out the rest of the system.
Implementation timelines are set during the project scoping session and are subject to change in the event that clients aren't able to respond to questions or provide the required documents in a timely maner.
